hi my baby is 11months old when she gets cold and cough...can we give arithromycin 100mg 5ml in morning and Monticope 5ml in evening for three days....

A. no need to use always antibiotics unless advised by doctor cold and cough in the baby is due to viral infection sometimes can be allergies please give steam inhalation to liquefy the secretions saline drops in the nose for congestion nose
