Q.

hi my baby is 11months now and he is not babbling like tiny words mamma, pappa, etc. he isn't standing by self. is it normal

A. Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months . child can start saying simple sentences by two years of age . just make the child comfortable and do more interaction with the child so that he can learn to speak sentenhfces properly. if the speech does not comes even by three yefars of age you need to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .

A. For most babies, standing without support won't happen until at least 8 months, and more likely closer to 10 or 11 months (but even up to 15 months is considered normal). To encourage your baby to stand: Put her in your lap with her feet on your legs and help her bounce up and down
