Hi, My baby is 10 months old and she is fully on breastfeed only. Started of with solid supplements too. I should resume work now and is it a good idea to start bottle feeding now ? What is the alternative recommendation?

A. dear mum, no, bottle feeding should be avoided as it can be a source of infection for your baby. it is better to feed using katori and spoon. however breast milk should be the primary source of milk till 1 year.
