Hi, my baby is 10 months old and has a fever at night after vaccination. it's been a week since but still there is no reduction in temperature.

A. it is not related to vaccination. fever for more than 3 days is not a simple fever and examination is required for the same and you can continue to give the fever medicine like paracetamol and if needed higher medicine like ibugesic / meftal p. kindly do body sponge and give fluids at regular intervals and regular diet and meet the doctor immediately. d
