Q.

Hi my baby is 10.5 months old and her diet is little. What should I include in her food so that she gets all the nutrients? please suggest.

A. Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also. Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc. Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common. Supplefments like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetcite. Diet counselling is also very important .

A. U Should start giving regular basic home-cooked food to the child Dal rice Roti sabji Paratha whatever you’re preparing at home because this is the most healthy plate to be sold to the child it has all kind of healthy nutrients and supplements to meet the overall growth of your child
