Q.
Hi, my baby is 1 yr and 21 days old. i have introdued cow milk to him and still breastfed him. but in night he has very disturbed sleep, like he gets up every 2- 3 hrs .when i offer him cow milk he refuses and wants to be breastfed but bites me alot during his sleep.Due to disturbed sleep he starts crying in night loudly. How can i make his sleep better?

sleeping pattern in small children changes from time to time but will improve with increasing age of the child and you have to just see for any environmental factor which is affecting the sleep like temperature variations as well as the child might be having some digestion problem for breathing difficulty due to nasal blockage has to be looked into
