Q.

hi my baby is 1 year 7 month old she got fever we went with doc also they given Antibetic 5 days now again she got fever 100.8 deg still 2 days medicine is there so please suggest me

A. continue with medication as advice, Fevers higher than 104° F. should be attended to immediately. Dress your child lightly. Use a sheet instead of a blanket to cover her in bed. Breastfeed or give your baby formula often to maintain hydration of body. Give soft easy to digest diet. maintain proper hygein.

A. hi fever indicates that your child body is fighting with an Infection. so please inform your treating doctor regarding this. At home , please keep your child well hydrated. give Luke warm water to drink. or prepare decocotion with warm water and salt , Tulsi leaves ,give it in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours. As fever is high, rub onion slices on chest and back of your child . visit your pediatrician.
