hi my baby is 1 year 1 month old so can I give cow milk to my baby is it safe and wt should I need to give with tht like powder any nutrition and I'm a working woman so I'm asking so plz suggest me

Animal milk can be introduced after the age of 12 months and as of powder if you want to use anything you can go for dry fruit powder saffron turmeric and fruits but any other powder which comes into the packet can only be given after the age of two years so that is something that you need to avoid as of now
