hi my baby is 1 month 25 days old. Hello cries a lot the whole night very loudly as if something has happened to him. We tried ruling out all.these condition of not enough food to him . he cries before peeing .he cries before farting, he cries before he want to pass a poop .Almost the cries before every activity is truin total

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which is there commonly in night . It can be relieved bvhuy medicine like colicaid or gastica drops containing dil oil and feniel oil with semethicone.
other reasons could be hunger any illness, nasal blockage, ear pain, diaper rash and sometimes more conditions which needs to be ruled out and managed accordingly .
