Q.

hi my baby is 1.5 month old, while hearing sounds he is not looking into that direction instead he just looks around but not in exact direction.

A. That is completely alright there is no problem in that case after three months you can expect a decent change into the child because when they when they gain their vision and a lot of things are going to change but with currently what you are facing is very normal

Finally doctor confirmed baby need cochlear implant surgery to hearing sounds. 1. Please confirm there is any possible to recover hearing loss without surgery 2.
