hi, my baby is 1.3 months old ,my baby private part is not opening now so pls suggest me anything which is help me in this matter

It Is not opening now then it is not going to open on its own you may have to go for a minor surgery where the doctors I just going to open it up enough whatever is required according to this so you just consult your doctor further ahead process can only be suggested
