Q.
hi my baby have fever in 3 days and dry cough , fever come in 3 to 4 time in a day , most of time cough . please suggest me .

Hi.if you taken temperature correct method with thermometer it is less than 100 degrees F it's normal . otherwise give syp paracetamol 250 MG 4ml 6th hourly for 3 days If no improvement Consult your pediatrician for find out the cause of fever and get some tests done as needed
