Q.
Hi my baby has turned 6 months. I tried to give apple purée as the first solid food to him today. But he hardly had a spoon. What to do? Is that normal? Should I introduce another food? And what and how many meals should be given as first time food. Also could you suggest what all should be given initially?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. that's ok. initially babies dont take more, feed as much ur baby accept but avoid force feeding. follow 3 day wait rulen than introduce new food to ur baby.. be calm n be patient
