Hi my baby has rashes on his face n neck please let me know what can be done and from 2 days I'm using cetaphil moisturizing cream from is it safe or not

Dr Rashmi SriramMom of a 9 yr 6 m old girl5 years agoA. Hi looks like baby has milia or neonatal acne. These are normal cutaneous changes due to trams placental transfer of maternal harmonies. It subsides spontaneously with age. There is no need for extra treatment.
