hi.. my baby has diarrhea... it's been 3 days..we met doctor n gave attached medicine. but still it did not stopped.. she is not eating also.. looks tired.. can you please help what need to be done had fever also but now temp is normal

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever anbd vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symgptomatic treatment along with management for dehydrvation is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
