Q.
hi my baby got her 10 weeks old vaccination 10 days back and today I observed pus coming from the injection site on thigh. Does anyone experienced this.

Author of questionMom of a 1 yr 9 m old girl1 Year agoA. yes, my baby got the same too for both 6 week and 10 weeks vaccination. they said it is due to incorrect angle while vaccinating and suggested an ointment and syrup. better consult a pediatrician and get checked as it should not happen according to my doctor.

After the BCG vaccination that is a very common thing to be seen I would recommend it to clean that area properly burst out the infection and after that you can apply betaine ointment onto that area which is what is going to be good and keep it open do not cover
