Hi. My baby girl used to poop 3-4 times a day but since almost a week she’s only pooping once a day and is not eating properly. We’ve tried giving her gripe water but it doesn’t work. Suggest some remedy for pooping so that she can eat properly

A. it is sufficient if the baby is passing stool once a day jk ffor further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
