You should have a proper sitting posture as well as sleeping posture which will help in decreasing the pain.
For simple pain you can take Paracetamol as well as you can take physiotherapy.
Meet your doctor if it is not improving.

You Should actually get a massage done on your legs at least twice a day and if there is too much of pain then you can keep them in warm water add some salt to it and then keep it into warm or hot water for about 10 to 15 minutes that is going to relieve the pain have multivitamins calcium and iron supplements and get your d3 levels checked for yourself
