hi my baby girl is 2yrs 8months...can I feed dates directly r dates with milk ..which is better n best

Yes Yes of course you can feed it to your child on a regular basis and however you want to directly in Milk or in form of a pest in form of a purée however you want to give it to the child you can give it in any form to the child absolutely not an issue it’s very healthy
