Q.

Hi, my baby girl is 11 months old and I came to know m pregnant and I m feeding my baby so m not sure what should I do ? m sure that I don't want to abort this baby. But m worried since I had a c-section delivery so is it safe for my baby ?? please guide anyone

A. hi mom u need not abort continue with your pregnancy .. u can continue feeding ur baby .. take care of your diet .. eat balanced diet foods rich in protein vitamins and minerals
