hi my baby girl has temperature around 99.0 to 99.5,when use the paracetamol drops the fever calm down and after 8 hours temperature goes to 99.0 F.what i am do?is that fever?

A. normally temp above 100F is fever.. but if you're child is irritable, not accepting food, restless than you can give proper dose if paracetamol syp in 99.5 F temp. give plenty of fluids..
