hi. my baby girl 3m3days old. after feeding she goes for loose stool since 2days..3days before I started to use iron drops (Orofer XT). pls let me know your suggestions. thank you

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. iron drops can cause.See in such cases the child needs specialist care always. So try to follow with the same doctor and do not get anxious with s variety of opinion. Focus on treatment ok.

T I don’t think so it is because of the iron supplement that you are giving to the child because iron supplement mostly can cause constipation that’s very commonly associated but it is not because of the loose motion maybe a child is suffering with some kind of an infection which is why your child is having lose tools can I checked
