Hi , My baby facing constipation issue since she turn into 6 months , I have consult the doctor but she is not recommend much to me for medicine. can anyone advice me any medicine diet plan for baby and mother , currently we are using cow milk and Nestle ceralec.

A. yes it s happens with baby constipation in children is quite common and can be corrected by diet changes . Give plenty of water and other fluids like buttermilk juice to baby . Include fibre rich food items like fruits papaya , banana and green leafy vegetables spinach, carrot in baby diet . Can use glycerine suppository for immediate relief from hard stools .
