hi ..my baby exactly 5 month 1 day old...is not taking milk properly...she always rejects milk...kindly suggest..

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 10 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, gently massage on the gums with your fingers, while teething also they will avoid. Make sure there is a gap of two hours between each feed. And burp your baby well after every feed. After feeding give a gap of one hour and do cyclic leg exercise. And you can also do tummy time after giving a gap of one hour. All this will help in reducing gas problem. Take a little coconut oil and massage on baby stomach clockwise and anticlockwise for couple of time. Check the urine count baby should pass urine 6 to 8 times in a day. If the urine count is normal then nothing to worry, if the urine count is less than six times in a day that means baby is not taking enough feed.
