Q.

Hi, My baby completed 6 months. what are the foods I should start now to grow healthy?? please let me give some suggestions.

A. Hello mom But this age the baby can be started with semisolid and mashed foods we have to keep certain things in mind such as introduce one food at a time till the baby gets used to it and then gradually increase the quantity and the variety you can give food such as steamed and mashed vegetables or some fruits apart from that you can give porridges made with ragi , suji or multigrain mix ,Khichdi or the soft cook rice and dal can be given as well
