AnjanaMom of a 9 yr 1 m old girl9 years agoA. hi.. Yes, gripe water is safe as long as it doesn’t contain alcohol or sucrose. But always check with your doctor before using it. give just 1/2 teaspoon.. i use woodwards gripe - ttk product.. before using gripe water try relieving the gas by tummy massage, cycling and knee to elbow method.. if nothing works then use this as last resort ..
