Is it safe and can I travel by car with baby for 6 hours with this problem ?

It’s no problem because your child would be in diaper if you see the child is pooping or something then you can change the diaper that’s about it but I just tell you two things here the redness is probably streak of blood could be due to an infection in the stomach so continue with the medicines given and also ask your doctor if you need to shift to non-lactose milk for the time being
