Hi. My baby boy is one year old. He got his teething early around 3 months itself his first tooth erupted and by 7 months he was having 8 teeths.Now he is one year old no teeth eruption after that? Should I worry?

it is natural process
no need to worry
babies get their full set of primary teeth by the age of 2 or 3 years
so please don't get Panic
