Q.
Hi, My baby boy is 8 months old. Currently he is not breastfeeding. He is on formula milk and some solids. So, I think he might not be getting enough DHA that is required per day. So can we use DHA supplements and if yes, please suggest the best DHA supplement for 8 month old babies

baby should have more Solids and less milk intake
now 4 to 5 solids meal
you can give ragi porridge wheat porridge rice porridge Dalia sabudana khichdi cerelac puree mashed fruits and vegetables as potato sweet potato carrot pear sapota banana apple pumpkin
remember one new food one at a time
