Hi, my baby boy is 6 months old. My boy weighs 7 kg, so what should I feed to gain weight? And what is good in food for a 6 month old baby?

ExpertArchanaNutritionist5 years agoA. Dear mom, your babies wight is good. to start with solids, give dal.water, rice water and gradually increase the consistency. later can give ragi porridge, other cereal porridge, Seasonal fruit purees, vegetable soups. keep baby well hydrated

Give weaning foods like homemade cerelac, mashed fruits, mashed khichri, clear vegetable soup etc. Give smalll frequent meals to maintain good health and Weight of ur baby.

NikithaMom of a 11 yr 4 m old boy5 years agoA. hello your baby weight is good so not to worry about it and give your child semi solid food and liquid based food in the diet and you can be giving your baby hime made cerelac or fruits and vegetables puree which are all Healthy and nutritious for the baby
