Hi, My baby boy is 6 months old. He is having mild temperature of 99.0 daily and very irritable since 1 week. He is already having his teeth.. i can see anothet tooth also.. I'm very tensed because of his mild fever and crankiness..

A. hello mam do not worry about this as these are common symptoms during teething. but if you find fever is more please visit your pediatrician and massage the gums to reduce crankiness...
