A. 3.5 feet is a good height for your child I don’t see any problem but yes you have to decide or check the height on the basis of the birth height as well as the genetics of the child because every child takes different height at the same age because of their genetic so this looks fine to me but in case of doubt you can refer to HO standard with your doctor
