hi my baby boy is 2 years old now..I want to stop breastfeeding but the problm is dat he is having cow milk at all...please tell me can I give sofit plant based drink Actually he loves the taste of sofit..May I give him???n tell me how to give him cow milk ..I have tried several ways to give her but nothing worked

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom prefer to give normal milk that is animal or plant based milk , avoid packaged ones that is which are flavoured as they contain lot of sugars as well.

NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello yes you can give it for the child not a problem or try any other alternative which would not be a problem and slowly try to give cows milk indirectly so the child would be able to take and you can easily stop your child from breastfeeding which would be better
