Hi my baby boy is 14 months old.he is having cold and cough ,I have given him xyzal syrup 5 days once in a day and soventus Dc syrup for cough ,still he is having running nose .suggest me what to do ?

A. Consult your doctor again if your medicine is that you have given or not helping then your doctor is going to change the medicines to be giving apart from that giving steam to the child indirectly and nebulising the child is also going to be benefiting
