Hi, my baby boy is 1 year old now. From the past 3 months he is suffering from lose motions, doctor stopped his Aptamil and shifted him to Soya milk. He has become lactose intolerant. I wanted to know how long should I keep giving him Soya milk and how should I manage his cow milk or diet?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom as he is diagnosed with lactose intolerance then all lactose and lactose contain products have to be avoided and that is only found in milk . So only plant source milk can be used for him .
So apart from. Soya milk later coconut milk , almond or cashew milk etc can be used
