Hi my baby and I got a fever after 3days it’s gone after that she has loose stool and sometimes coughing is it COVID symptoms and whether I want to take her to hospital??

A. yes definitely if you are showing the symptoms there is high risk of you being covid positives unless you are tested otherwise . so you should consult with your doctor properly for assessment and investigation
