Q.
Hi, my baby almost 22 month old. but she is not started talking. only saying some words like aai , oo, ee..she is very active. but I am worried for her. should I start her speech therapy from doctor. please advise me.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. assessment needs to be done for social and language milestones then only your doctor will be able to help you. kindly meet your doctor will tell you how the assessment needs to be done and along with speech therapy which other therapy is needed

Dear mom and normally if kids are healthy and active they can speak many words by this age but if your child is not able to say normal words like mamma papa dada then definitely she needs a proper checkup and a speech therapist can help you out with the proper guidance as to how to make your child practiceWrite Your Answer Here
