hi my baby 8months now he had a fever 99.3 and loose motions in green color and light blood drop is coming in the motion he is very sick and vomtings also is there I did not understand how many days will like that already this problem past three days I went to pediatric doctor also he didn't eating food properly

Hello ma’am All these things are there all together than that could be due to either stomach infection or food poisoning but I feel stomach infection is that you know there over to food poisoning so as of now consult a paediatrician or take another opinion from from any other
