Hi, my baby 70 days old , He is not passing motion from last 2 days

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is only 70 days of age if baby is not passing stool for two or three days it is not a problem babies below 6 months cannot pass stool even after 10 days also
