hi my baby 4th month running weight 5.15 kg she is not increasing and stretch marks are not coming

no need to worry about this matter
if you have any discomfort please consult with your gynecologist about this matter
possible take balanced diet with adequate quantity of water and sleep well
please take daily sun light exposure
