Hi,my baby 20months wants coconut water on daily basis before afternoon nap,Pls suggest should giving all 7days is concern.

Siri coconut water is highly rich in potassium which is why it is supposed to be given in moderation only to the child you cannot keep on giving it on an every day basis because that is going to actually increased potassium too much so sometimes if you give it it’s okay but not on an every day basis you cannot go for it
