A. Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also. Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc. Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most cfommon. Supplements like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite. Diet counselling irs also very important .

A. hello milk with cornflakes on a daily basis is not really a good option and would not be healthy option and try to give your child healthy and nutritious homemade food in the diet which will be good for the growth of the child and also safe for the child than pack food
