Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one tdhour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

Hello Child should sleepnimum 12 to 14 hours a day set a minimum of 12 hours is definitely good and if your child wakes up in the night and demands for feed then only you should be giving feed to the child otherwise you should not give feed to the child during the night time try to change the habit so that your child sleeps constantly at least for 8 to 10
