Hi my 7 years old daughter has rough palm on her both hands.what is the reason for that and how to make it soft?

A. probably your child is suffering from some atopic dermatitis it's a sort of mild eczema. I would suggest you to use syndet bar instead of soap having ph around 5and a good quality moisturizers like atogla or oilatum lotion for your child.
