hi, my 6 months old son has cough from about a week. doctor said to give him nebulization with duolin respules. my question is- what is the dosage? should I add any other liquid along with duolin?

I would not suggest any home remeady for such a small child as self medicating such a small child may be harmful. its better to consult a pediatrician to have a detailed physical examination of your child and relevant treatment accordingly if needed. please do not self medicate
