Hi, my 5 years old son wakes up so early at 4am,he is not getting enough sleep. He is very stubborn and all day he cry for anything he wants.He is very restless.he don't sleep at day and now not sleeping at night. Please tell me what to do.how to make sleep him better . How to discipline him.We are worried thank you

A. hello make sure the child is tummy full n try breaking the chain n try to set a bedtime routine n change the sleeping time n see n any concern then check ur doctor
