Hi my 4 years old girl is having a wart on her right index finger from 7 months and new warts started on right hand and on left hand also.

Hi it is difficult to comment without a clinical examination it is important to examine the size colour extent of lesion only then the cause can be found Consult Paediatrician once and get baby examined treatment will depend on the cause Hope this helps take care
