Q.

Hi, my 4 years baby girl having irregular bowl movement, she is going for bowl movement in every 2-3 days. plz suggest is it factor of concern.

A. Prefer fibre rich diet as khichadi Dalia oats etc Offer lukewarm water every hour Give more liquid and fruit Start iron calcium and multivitamin supplements regularly and protein powder with milk

A. Hello mom Constipation is very common in babies in such case you should add more fibre food in babies regular diet plan and you should start giving pineapple and papaya regularly to your baby. You should also give 1 teaspoon of honey with warm water once in a day it will help in maintaining babies digestion issues
