hi, my 4 months old baby is pooping just after every feed. poop is yellow in colour and sometimes it has white texture in it and it also cause red rashes on my babies bum.what to do

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl6 months agoA. Could be due to indication also I’m just going to advise you still to check with your doctor and get a stool test done for your child that’s going to reveal the picture and then you can act according to that
