Q.

Hi my 4 months completely on formula since birth. Generally she poops once a day & its major green with yellow tint. Today it was grey yellow mixed. Is it normal? Also she was having cold cough few days back. Had mucolite maxtra as per doctor advice. but even now sometimes only the coughing exists. Is that okay?

A. it's normal this is normal stool as per the age of the child. this variation maybe seen when the child is on milk. if the growth and the weight of the child is within normal limits then there is no need to worry. if you still feel that something is different you can get the child examined by the doctor who will tell you if there is need for any stool examination or not f
